How To Make The Best Beer Can Chicken!

A few weeks ago Baro’s Marketing Manager and Executive Chef wanted to create a video that celebrated food in Toronto by creating a dish that represented a unique neighbourhood in the city. What they came up with was a Beer Can Chicken that you could make in any kitchen using ingredients from Kensington Market.

We took a trip to this lively neighbourhood and got everything from local business owners; we got our chicken from Sanagan’s Meat Locker who sourced the bird from a farm 50 minutes from Toronto; we got our spices from a family run market on Augusta street; we even got our beer from Kensington Brewery!
