On this week’s episode of Baro in the City, Chef Steve Gonzalez shows you how to make a Ceviche at home. For this recipe we used a whole Branzino w/ Lemon & Lime juice, mixed with Avocado, Cucumber, Red Onion, Chilis, Roasted Corn & Plantain Chips.
